After years building up my reputation as one of the leading physique photographers in the UK, my time as a model seemed like a distant memory. Although not out of shape or unhealthy, I had become far from the cover model physiques I photograph. Seeing these models everyday through my lens inspired me to get into my best physique ever, even at the age of 35.
Due to my busy schedule I set myself a target of obtaining my best ever physique in just 8 weeks.
I am fortunate to know many personal trainers in the industry and top flight nutritionists and the one I chose to help me with this transformation was Paul Burgess from Athletic Fitness & Nutrition He put together the training and nutritional programme that allowed me to achieve this amazing transformation!
